Deadly giant chicken-like wyverns, their beat drips with paralysing and aphagia inducing toxins that are said make their victims feel like they're turned into stone.

Taming
Can be tamed with Cockatrice Treats and healed with any cooked meat or fish.
Mounting
Once tamed and equipped with a saddle, Cockatrice are incredibly powerful flying mounts. Their mount ability is Petrifying Caw, which will paralyse and afflict aphagia (prevents players from using many items) to all nearby enemies (press F to use this ability once mounted).
